Archana Gautam is an Indian politician model, actress, and beauty pageant title holder who was the winner of Miss Bikini India 2018, representing India in Miss Cosmos World 2018 and also won the title in the category of Most Talent 2018. She also was as a contestant on Bigg Boss 16.

Early life.

Gautam is a native of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. She has a younger brother than her. She completed her studies with a degree in Mass Communication from her town.

Career.

Gautam has been making modeling appearances in television and print and has also been involved in advertising campaigns for a variety of brands. She has appeared as a cameo in movies like Great Grand Masti, Haseena Parker, and Baaraat Company. She made a cameo appearance in the music video from Junction Varanasi. She also shot an music video alongside the director Apoorva Lakhia for T-Series.

She received the title of Miss Uttar Pradesh in 2014. She has been awarded Miss Bikini India 2018 and was a representative of India during Miss Bikini Universe 2018. Gautam also was a part of India for the Miss Cosmos 2018 competition. Miss Cosmos 2018 held in Malaysia in Malaysia. She also also won the sub-title Most Talent 2018.

From October 2022 until Feb. 2023. She appeared as a contestant in Colors TV’s reality show Bigg Boss 16 in which she was ranked 3rd in the runner-up’s race.

Politics.

She joined the Indian National Congress in November 2021 . She was able to get an invitation in Hastinapur (Assembly district) for 2022 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly election. She was one of eight candidates in this constituency. She was defeated by BJP contestant Dinesh Khatik who got 107587 votes. Gautam was able to get just 1,519 votes.
