Big Picture: RCB Wants a Strong Finish

Mumbai Indians (MI) almost secured a direct place in the WPL Final on Monday. They needed to stop Gujarat Giants from scoring more than 156 runs, but Bharti Fulmali played an excellent inning and changed the game. Join  baji for more sports news.

Even though MI missed their chance, they are not worried. They still won the match and had another opportunity to finish at the top of the points table.

MI is currently tied with Delhi Capitals in points. They must win against RCB to secure their top position.

On the other hand, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) had a tough season. They were unlucky with the toss and had to bat first in all four matches at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. This made it hard for them because most teams that batted second won.

RCB still had a slight chance to reach the playoffs, but they lost a high-scoring match against UP Warriorz.

Now, they have lost five games in a row. Even though they are out of the tournament, RCB wants to stop MI from finishing at the top.
