Representative Thomas Massie of the 4th Congressional District lost his wife recently. On Friday, Massie announced on social media that his wife Rhonda had died the previous day.
He posted a beautiful eulogy when his wife Rhonda passed away. “High school sweetheart, the love of his life for 35 years, the loving mother of their four children, the smartest and kindest woman he ever knew, his beautiful and wise queen forever,” Massie said in a heartfelt tribute remembering his late wife.
Representative Massie conveyed his appreciation for the flood of well wishes and encouragement he and his family have experienced during this trying time. He showed his great love and respect for his wife by emphasizing the influence she had on their family and their shared life.
On his X account on Friday, U.S. Representative Andy Barr of Kentucky’s 6th Congressional District sent his condolences to Massie’s family. Neither Massie nor his team quickly offered any information regarding the cause of death or her age.
